iYogi Provides Excellent Remote Desktop Service, but Sounds Bit Expensive

With iYogi services, you don't need to look out for any other option. The most attractive part about iyogi is their remote desktop services. It is good to get your computer repaired properly by a technician sitting at totally opposite corner. The performance of my PC was degrading day by day due to which I decided to approach iyogi for instant services.  The moment I explained my problem, the iyogi technician asked me for remote desktop for repairing. I allowed the access to my PC. He resolved the problem in a few minutes time. But the surprising part is that their service charges were quite high.  It was really out of my budget. But, somehow I managed. I would definitely approach iyogi next time, but only after reviewing their service charges.

iYogi Services are Surely Worth a Try

It was a few months ago when I reached out to iYogi to get my laptop’s operating system upgraded. I was happy with their services, though the technician kept nagging me to buy their products and subscriptions. Although I didn’t pay much heed that time, later on I became interested due to their slashed subscription price and ‘24x7 tech support’ profile. I read a few negative reviews about the company online and was divided over my opinion. However, I still decided to go ahead and try it out once. I must say that I am very glad I subscribed to their yearly plan and now have nothing to worry about PC troubleshooting as my device is covered round the clock. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and pretty prompt too. I am a happy Iyogi customer.

iYogi Review: iYogi Comes With A Team Of Brilliant Tech Professionals!

One day while I was working on my computer, a STOP error ‘Blue Screen of Death’ suddenly flashed on the screen. I was left clueless…I had no idea about any sort of technical error. But, thanks to my colleague who guided me about the iyogi services. Without any second thought, I simply called them up and came to know this error flashes only if the Windows stops completely. The technician very efficiently guided me about the issue and he asked for the remote desktop to get the issues fixed. This was nice…the issue was resolved in not more than an hour.

iYogi Can Be Approached Anytime For Quality Service!

I never take my laptop to any service center; instead I always approach iyogi for remote assistance. I do not have to drag my laptop to get it fixed or to get any software installed on it. I just had to purchase their annual subscription plan, which made me eligible to approach them anytime for remote assistance and on-site tech support if required.  Sometimes, its bit hard to understand their language, but their service is awesome. It’s really satisfying.

Annoying Sales Pitch But Excellent Service!

I have been availing services of iyogi since past one n’ a half years and there has not been a single instance when I had any complaints with them regarding troubleshooting. But all I am bothered and annoyed about the sales pitch part. Even after troubleshooting, they try hard to pester their customer to buy their product or go for their other services. Even when I say a plain no, they try to convince me to buy their products, and keep on weaving their own stories. I don’t like this part. However, their services are very reliable and reasonably-priced.

iYogi saved me at the last moment!

I was compiling all my important office documents for an ongoing project when my computer froze. I don’t know whether it was the urgency of that moment or something else, I contacted iyogi in spite of the fact that I had heard some bad reviews of that before from my friends.
But I called them up and talked to their technician and wow, what a wonderful experience that was! Against the pre-conceived general opinion that I had clung to, he fixed my computer by taking remote access. It took him barely half n’ hour to get my computer back to its normal working condition. It not only saved my time, but also the extra effort of hauling over the whole city, looking for a repair shop.

Finally, I Was Relieved To See My Laptop Working Normally!

I’ve got too many kids playing around in my house usually for the fact that my little son’s friends keep coming over to have their own little good time. One fine day, two of them splashed water on my laptop and kept doing it till I stepped in and asked them to stop. To my horror, my laptop was flashing blank screen. I didn’t have enough time to go hunting for local repair shops. I was sulking when a friend entered and on knowing my trouble, asked me to contact iyogi.

I called up on their toll free number and spoke to their technician, who took remote access of my laptop and brought it back to its normal condition finally. I felt quite relieved to see my laptop working normally once again.
