iYogi Can Be Approached Anytime For Quality Service!

I never take my laptop to any service center; instead I always approach iyogi for remote assistance. I do not have to drag my laptop to get it fixed or to get any software installed on it. I just had to purchase their annual subscription plan, which made me eligible to approach them anytime for remote assistance and on-site tech support if required.  Sometimes, its bit hard to understand their language, but their service is awesome. It’s really satisfying.

Annoying Sales Pitch But Excellent Service!

I have been availing services of iyogi since past one n’ a half years and there has not been a single instance when I had any complaints with them regarding troubleshooting. But all I am bothered and annoyed about the sales pitch part. Even after troubleshooting, they try hard to pester their customer to buy their product or go for their other services. Even when I say a plain no, they try to convince me to buy their products, and keep on weaving their own stories. I don’t like this part. However, their services are very reliable and reasonably-priced.

iYogi saved me at the last moment!

I was compiling all my important office documents for an ongoing project when my computer froze. I don’t know whether it was the urgency of that moment or something else, I contacted iyogi in spite of the fact that I had heard some bad reviews of that before from my friends.
But I called them up and talked to their technician and wow, what a wonderful experience that was! Against the pre-conceived general opinion that I had clung to, he fixed my computer by taking remote access. It took him barely half n’ hour to get my computer back to its normal working condition. It not only saved my time, but also the extra effort of hauling over the whole city, looking for a repair shop.

Finally, I Was Relieved To See My Laptop Working Normally!

I’ve got too many kids playing around in my house usually for the fact that my little son’s friends keep coming over to have their own little good time. One fine day, two of them splashed water on my laptop and kept doing it till I stepped in and asked them to stop. To my horror, my laptop was flashing blank screen. I didn’t have enough time to go hunting for local repair shops. I was sulking when a friend entered and on knowing my trouble, asked me to contact iyogi.

I called up on their toll free number and spoke to their technician, who took remote access of my laptop and brought it back to its normal condition finally. I felt quite relieved to see my laptop working normally once again.

Thank you iYogi for Your Wonderful Service!

Two months back, I purchased a new video card to enhance the gaming performance of my PC and about two weeks later it stopped functioning for some goddamn reason. I tried twice to fix it on my own but nothing happened. I went through the prompts but couldn’t go beyond them. Since I couldn’t run the program, I called up iYogi tech support service on my friend’s recommendation to see in to the problem. Their technician asked me to reboot my PC and took the remote assistance. Within half n’ hour my video cards were working normally. I’m happy that they did it and saved much of my time.
