It was a few months ago when I reached out to iYogi to get my laptop’s operating system upgraded. I was happy with their services, though the technician kept nagging me to buy their products and subscriptions. Although I didn’t pay much heed that time, later on I became interested due to their slashed subscription price and ‘24x7 tech support’ profile. I read a few negative reviews about the company online and was divided over my opinion. However, I still decided to go ahead and try it out once. I must say that I am very glad I subscribed to their yearly plan and now have nothing to worry about PC troubleshooting as my device is covered round the clock. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and pretty prompt too. I am a happy Iyogi customer.

One
day while I was working on my computer, a STOP error ‘Blue Screen of Death’
suddenly flashed on the screen. I was left clueless…I had no idea about any
sort of technical error. But, thanks to my colleague who guided me about the
iyogi services. Without any second thought, I simply called them up and came to
know this error flashes only if the Windows stops completely. The technician
very efficiently guided me about the issue and he asked for the remote desktop
to get the issues fixed. This was nice…the issue was resolved in not more than
an hour.
