I was
carrying out an important financial transaction when my Internet became
unresponsive abruptly. I got an error message flashing on my PC’s screen that the
connection to the Internet could not be established. I tried to hunt down the
issue but couldn’t get to the source of error.
So, I called
up iYogi and told them about this technical error. They asked me few questions
and then remotely took control of my computer system. They explained me certain
technical things in a more simplified language and fixed my problem within few
minutes.
It was my second experience with iYogi, and this
time too they proved to be commendable at their way of troubleshooting
